Room Repainted with a Grey Feature Wall
The furniture was covered, the holes in the walls were filled, and the brown wall became grey next to light-coloured walls.
Step by step
1. Protecting the furniture
Before the first tin of paint is opened, the furniture and floor are covered in plastic sheeting. That keeps the home clean for the whole job.
2. Filling
The brown wall had holes from screws and hooks. Every mark is filled so it will not show through the new paint.
3. Grey walls
In another room the walls take on a soft grey. The chandelier and furniture stay covered until the end.
4. The feature wall
The brown wall became dark grey and the walls around it light. One wall in a different colour is enough to give a room character.
