Step by step
1. Before

The walls above the worktop were turquoise, with stains and wear.
2. Wear

Around the cabinets the paint had come off in places and the wall was uneven.
3. Filling

Walls and ceiling are filled to close cracks and holes and make the surface smooth.
4. Preparation

The filled areas are sanded so they won’t show through the paint.
5. Around the cabinets

The surfaces around and behind the cabinets are prepared too, so the paint reaches everywhere.
6. New colours

The lower part of the walls is painted light grey and the upper part white. The same cabinets look fresher.
7. The tall cupboard

The tall cupboard, which was blue, was painted the same grey as the walls.
8. The result

The door with the decorative glass was painted grey as well. The kitchen now looks bright and consistent.
