Step by step

1. Washing

Pressure washing the old roof

The old sheets were black with dirt. Pressure washing leaves a clean surface for the foam to stick to.

2. Spraying

A worker spraying foam onto the corrugated sheets

The foam is sprayed onto the sheets and follows their shape, covering the joints and screws.

3. White coat

The foamed roof with the white coat starting on top

A white protective coat goes over the foam, because unprotected foam wears out in the sun.

4. The result

The finished roof, white along its whole length

A roof with no open joints that reflects the heat instead of passing it into the space below.
